50th Earth Day

We were originally scheduled to have an interfaith celebration of the intersection of the 50th Earth Day and the 5th Anniversary of the promulgation of Pope Francis’ landmark encyclical on the care of creation, Laudato Si.

Instead, the commemoration has gone virtual, as so many have, but still we decided to have children from our community -OLPS School, CYO, and Little Angels Academy- put their artwork on our wall at the rectory.
May God continue to help us to protect our fragile world! Happy Earth Day!
